CD Optimist Sails
CD Sails for the Optimist class are developed based on 40+ years of the unique personal world-winning racing and sails manufacturing experience of Claudio Demartis in collaboration with professional Optimist coaches. CD Sails offers four (4) sail cuts to meet the needs of the sailors in various weight ranges and sailing conditions.
- Flat (Easy & speedy. By being fast and easy to trim, it's thepreferred optisail of many lightweight sailors under 83 lbs)
- Medium (Medium depth sail with well-equilibrated curves - great all-around sail for sailors with a weight between 84 - 95lbs)
- Power (CD Power is the deepest sail for sailors between 96 - 107 lbs.
- Booster (Designed to assure the high-performing Optimist sail for most heavy sailors with weight starting from 108+lbs)
